where do i go to get a good understanding of pipelines (espeakers and the crm), i am starting to get some momentum and it feels like i need a better understanding of this and how i should and shouldnt use it, .

also not sure which is better place to start crm or espeakers dashboard, i feel like i want the crm but like i said totally unfamiliar with this.
